We launched with a single truck and a few units, and that's still how we operate. When you call, you talk to me or somebody I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if a unit isn't right, that's our responsibility, and we correct it that same day.
I track every delivery on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks head out. When we tell you Tuesday morning, that's what we mean. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you have to reach out to us.

Every rental comes with one maintenance visit per week. High-traffic sites and larger crews can schedule a second weekly visit.
We pump the holding tank, scrub and disinfect the interior, replenish paper and sanitizer, and inspect the door and latch.

We assign a recurring weekly service day and leave the unit on site until you contact us for removal.
